Do you know what violence can do?

Stop you from being free!

Well, now you know what it can do!

So! Stop it!

Do you know what violence can do?

A mother burying a son!

A daughter losing her dad by the gun!

So! Stop it!

Do you know what violence can do?

School children committing suicide.

Fights daily on the way to, and from school!

So! Stop it!

Do you know what violence can do?

With the music on the radio making children act a fool,

Movies showing what is the best way to kill and wound,

So! Stop it!

Do you know what violence can do?

Hurt my performance in school!

Being bullied to the point I don't know what to do.

So! Stop it!

You know if there was no violence, the World would be a better place!

No police coming to raid 'de' place! We would be free!

We would not have to worry about, somebody coming to 'buss' my face!

So! Stop it!

You know if there was no violence,

A child like me would be free to play,

I would be able to go to school and be SOMEBODY someday!

So! Stop it!

Violence solves nothing for 'de' place,

I just want to live in a world with PEACE!
